Welcome to Shanghai Cafe

Our restaurant was founded in 1928 by Chinese immigrant Kan Chinn with one goal in mind; to serve delicious food to the community of Centralia and beyond. It is one of the oldest Chinese restaurants in Washington state. Throughout the years, the business has been passed onto different families, however, our goal remains the same. With the new ownership, we have revamped the menu to not only include local favorites from the past but also the addition of other Asian cuisines such as Vietnamese and Thai. We look forward to serving the community from now on!
